Requirement: - To display Application tab from list tab,
as it was used to be in 7.1.X.
At present when you navigate to your applications probably look like this.
Desired look like
Solution :-
Go To > System Configuration > Platform Properties
> System Properties.
Search for mxe.webclient.tabBreadCrumbs
Change its Global value form 1 to 0
Save
And live refresh
